Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Our tees run true to size. We recommend measuring your favorite well-fitting tee and comparing to our size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up.
Q: Are your designs really limited? Will they restock?
A: Yes — every design is a limited drop. Once stock is sold out, we don't restock that design. New drops launch monthly. Join the crew list to be first to know.
Q: What material are the shirts made from?
A: Premium heavyweight 100% cotton. Built to last and the print stays vibrant after multiple washes.
Q: Can I order multiple designs?
A: Absolutely. Add as many as you like.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: US orders: 3–5 business days after processing.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
International: 7–14 business days.
All orders include automatic tracking.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
A: Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If it's been more than 5 business days with no update, email us at hello@neonfugitive.com

Q: What's your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown -we'll replace it or refund it, no questions asked. Email hello@neonfugitive.com with your order number and a photo.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes — within 30 days of delivery, in original unworn condition. Email hello@neonfugitive.com to initiate an exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: Email hello@neonfugitive.com immediately with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damage
We'll send a replacement within 1–2 business days.
